  • Designing leadership programs, fellowships, incubators, and talent pipelines that empower people to lead change within their communities. Drawing from my experience building Teach For Senegal, I support organizations in developing leaders who can drive lasting impact across sectors.

  • Providing insight and strategic guidance to organizations, foundations, and investors seeking to work effectively across Africa. I help partners navigate local contexts, build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, and design approaches that are rooted in local realities rather than assumptions.

  • Helping organizations strengthen their fundraising strategy, cultivate funder relationships, craft compelling narratives, and position themselves for sustainable growth. Support includes fundraising strategy, donor engagement, grant positioning, and partnership development.

Vegvísir 2026 | Stavanger, Norway

In June 2026, I joined global entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, and changemakers from across the world at Vegvísir, an invitation-only gathering focused on leadership, purpose, and the future we are building together.

During the convening, I facilitated conversations on impact investing, leadership, and community-driven change, drawing on my experience leading Teach For Senegal and building locally rooted solutions in education.

Unlike traditional conferences, Vegvísir creates space for deeper reflection and authentic dialogue. Through workshops, roundtable discussions, and informal conversations, I engaged with leaders across sectors exploring how capital, leadership, and innovation can be leveraged to create more equitable and sustainable futures.

The experience reinforced a belief that continues to guide my work: meaningful change happens when we invest not only in ideas, but in people, relationships, and communities.
